Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your e-mail accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a new email account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward emails from one mailbox to another, set up email filters, create autoresponders and secure your email mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming email messages from one email box account to another, or even to a number of other email accounts. Simply select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the email client of your liking to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager will also enable you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
